These Barn Door Rollers are replicas of the beautiful old barn door rollers and track so common years ago. Ductile iron rollers come in three sizes. Black powder-coated with stainless steel pins and cast iron track standoffs.

Reproduction Antique Barn Door Hardware

Our heavy-duty hardware replicates original hardware is use since the 1800's. Roller assembly and hardware are made from steel and machined castings with a stainliess steel axel.

Large and medium roller wheels have 5 spokes while small wheels are solid. Track is 1/4" x 1-1/4: steel bar stock. Track standoffs are machined castings. Finish is black, exterior grade, powder coat. Hardware is suitable for doors up to 2: thick. Track standoffs can be padded out if needed to accomodate thicker doors. Various applications require differnt fasteners so customer is to supply fasteners and the through bolts.
Large 11-1/2" wide
Medium 9-1/2" wide
Small 7-1/2" wide
Track Information
- 6' lengths of track require 7 standoffs - 8' lengths of track require 9 standoffs - Track length needs to be approximately twice the width of the door

  No. 102 Flat Track Hanger Assembly
Use: 
On Richards-Wilcox flat steel bar track which projects a minimum 1 15/16" (face of wall to centerline of wheel) for manually operated doors 1 5/8" to 2 1/2" thick weighing up to 800 lbs.  

Two Styles:
0102.00075 for doors up to 1 5/8" thick
0102.00076 for doors up to 2 1/2" thick

Head Clearance:
From top of track to top of truck/hanger assembly, 5 3/8".

Construction:
Wheels 4" tread diameter-gray iron; roller bearings, apron- 3/8" x 3  1/2" x 21" steel.

Finish:
Painted.
